What is your cancellation policy?
- Less than 4 weeks prior to the event (Oct 13th, 2024) – cancellations received after this date are subject to a $499 cancellation fee. Fees will be waived if a suitable replacement from your organization is sent.
- Less than 1 week prior to the event (Nov 3rd, 2024) – cancellations received after this date are subject to a $999 cancellation fee. Fees will be waived if a suitable replacement from your organization is sent.
